Non of Customized Items are retuirnable, however if there is any manufacturing defect, you may share us on email, once our team will investigate and if it's passed we will accept return/replacement.

The item you order is not readymade, once you order, then we will create design and then get your aproval, and then it will take 36-48 hrs to ship.
